1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sure Deal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our platform.

2. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Listings and Transactions

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Buyers should verify product details before purchase. All transactions are between buyers and sellers—Sure Deal facilitates connections but is not a party to the transaction.

4. Fees and Payments

Listing fees and lead fees are non-refundable except as provided in our refund policy. All payments are processed through secure mobile money channels.

5. Prohibited Items

Listings for illegal items, counterfeit goods, weapons, or services that violate Rwandan law are strictly prohibited.

6. User Conduct

Users must not engage in harassment, fraud, spam, or any activity that disrupts the platform's functionality.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your content, but grant Sure Deal a license to display it. You must not copy or scrape our platform without permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
