How do I create an account?

Click 'Sign Up' on the homepage, fill in your details, verify your email, and you're ready to start buying or selling.

How do I contact a seller?

To contact a seller, you need to purchase a lead. This unlocks their phone number and email address so you can reach out directly.

What is a lead fee?

A lead fee is a small payment that gives you access to the seller's contact information. It helps maintain platform quality and security.

Is my payment secure?

Yes! All payments are processed through secure mobile money channels (MTN MoMo and Airtel Money) with encryption.

Can I get a refund if the seller doesn't respond?

Yes, if the seller doesn't respond within 48 hours, you're eligible for a full refund of your lead fee.

How do I list an item?

Click 'Post Listing' on your dashboard, select a category, fill in your item details, pay the listing fee, and your listing will go live after admin approval.

What are the listing fees?

Listing fees vary by category. Services typically start from 1,000 RWF, Used Items from 7,000 RWF, and Properties from 10,000 RWF.

How do I get paid?

Payments are arranged directly between you and the buyer. Sure Deal facilitates the connection but doesn't process the final transaction.

Can I edit my listing?

Yes! You can edit the description of active listings and manage photos for eligible categories.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

Yes, we offer a 48-hour money-back guarantee if the seller doesn't respond to your lead purchase.

How long does payment confirmation take?

Payments are usually confirmed instantly. In rare cases, it may take up to 5 minutes.
